Responsibilities
- Monitor social media posts daily
- Prepare insightful reports regularly for clients
- Detect potential crises and prepare ad hoc reports for clients
Requirements
- Local university student
- Good communication, analytical and report-writing skills
- Familiar with various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads and forums
- Good team player — proactive and able to work independently
- Task-oriented, deadline-driven and able to manage multiple projects
- Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English
